        I love these multi vitamins! I was using Twice Daily per my Naturopath but wanted to see if I would feel better with a different brand. My husband and I see Elmer’s commercials and thought we would give them a try. Wow!!! My energy is back! When comparing to my previous vitamins I noticed two ingredients missing - Iodine and Vitamin K2. Both are important for me so I bought them separately and take them in addition to the recommended 5 capsules in the morning. It seemed like a lot to swallow but I’m telling you it’s worth it!
